I’m Matteo Gazzoni, a freelance full-stack developer. I help founders and agencies finish web apps, unblock releases and build focused first versions.
Thirteen years of shipping: eleven building and running a small agency’s platforms, including a CMS still in use today, then Taplio and Tweet Hunter at lemlist, and now my own products, prmpt.bio and statice.run.

What I do
Finish a web app
Your prototype works, but it’s not ready for customers yet. Authentication, payments, data handling or deployment still need work. I review the code, work out what’s needed for launch and ship the agreed scope.
Unblock a release
A bug you can’t pin down, an unreliable integration or a migration holding up the next release. I work in your existing codebase to resolve a specific blocker. If the cause is unclear, we start with a scoped investigation before agreeing the fix.
Build a first version
A small product, internal tool or portal built around one essential workflow. We agree what belongs in the first release and what can wait. I build the agreed version from product flow and data model through frontend, backend and deployment.
Need an AI feature? That can be a scoped project too: an assistant that searches your data, an image or video generation workflow, or an MCP server that lets assistants use your product. Running costs and failure handling are part of the scope.

lemlist
2025. Full-stack development on Taplio and Tweet Hunter, its LinkedIn and X growth tools. Next.js, Firestore and Google Cloud.
I shipped daily to paying users: stabilized and refactored a codebase that had grown fast, fixed bugs across frontend and backend, improved performance and maintainability. I worked with product and customer success to resolve technical issues, prioritize fixes and scope releases.
Webcloud
2013 to 2024. First employee and technical owner of its products for eleven years: I chose the stack, designed the architecture, built the applications and ran the infrastructure, working directly with clients and the founder. The platforms served over 100,000 monthly users, and I halved their infrastructure costs with Cloudflare Workers, Kubernetes and Docker.
A CMS still in use today. I built the agency’s multi-tenant CMS in .NET in 2015, along with its hosting and deployment setup. Over a decade later, it still powers the agency’s and its clients’ websites.
Email marketing, from editor to delivery. I built the platform used by the agency and its clients: a drag-and-drop MJML editor, scheduling, automations, campaign analytics and its own email delivery infrastructure.
Property listings and live video. A real estate portal with fast search, a REST API, an admin dashboard and third-party listing sync; a webcam streaming service with real-time encoding, load balancing and an HLS player with watermarking.
prmpt.bio
2026. My own product, launched in April: a landing page generator for AI creators. Drop in an image and its prompt, get a page that sends visitors to the affiliate tool that made it and to the creator’s store. Live at prmpt.bio.
Built and shipped solo, end to end: product, data model, backend, frontend, Stripe payments and deployment, with AI coding agents doing the implementation and review. Next.js, PostgreSQL, Stripe and S3. Now building v2 on Phoenix, Elixir and Fly.io: a creator platform where pages include generation steps readers can run, with a built-in credits ledger.
statice.run
2026. Open source, content-addressed static hosting on Cloudflare Workers and R2: run one command in a folder and get a permanent URL that is the hash of the files. Three address layers, hash, name and custom domain. No accounts, no database. Live at statice.run.
How it works
Project review
We start with what you have, what needs to change and any deadline. I review the relevant code or requirements before quoting. If we need an investigation first, we agree its scope separately.
Scope and pricing
Before development starts, we agree the deliverables, fixed price, delivery date and how we’ll check the work is complete. New requests are scoped separately so the project keeps a clear finish.
Development and delivery
Deployment and handover are part of the agreed scope, including the code and setup notes you need to run the work. We also agree any post-delivery fixes period up front. The project finishes with delivery and the agreed fixes period.
I work with AI coding agents for implementation and review. Product decisions, architecture and checking the shipped result stay with me.
